Any damages or discrepancies with your order should be addressed within 48 hours of receiving it. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances.
Additionally, please note that She Plants Love is not responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to She Plants Love.
